Homecare Voices began as a voluntary initiative in 2023. Our peer support network and related activities are totally free for domiciliary care workers to join and engage with.

In September 2024, we secured grant funding from The Rayne Foundation.

 

​These days we charge direct engagement fees to partners who wish to collaborate with our community of over 500 domiciliary care workers. This fairly reflects the amount of time it takes for us to engage with our partners' work.

​

We are keen to connect with stakeholders throughout the adult social care sector, from those who draw on social care, to employers, local authorities and central government.

 

To maintain our integrity as a space through which domiciliary care workers can freely express themselves, we respectfully refrain from accepting grant funding either directly or indirectly from independent care providing companies.
